Protective Silicon Pads
Our offering includes premium-quality pads crafted from the highest-grade silicone material, capable of withstanding the weather, especially degradation from UV rays. These pads are placed such that it provides soft contact between the wooden frame and the sash. These pads make sure the sash is not subjected to unnecessary impacts and help in longevity of the product.
Extremely Secure Multipoint Lock
Our lift and slide system incorporates a sophisticated multipoint lock, distinct from the mechanism used to fix the window at a desired position. Robust Top Rail
The top rail of the system is used to maintain the moment of the sash made of highest grade aluminium sourced from Germany. Further, the rail features a unique mechanism that holds the doors or windows panel slightly below the track leaving precise clearance for when the panels are needed to be lifted for movement. The inherent materialistic properties of aluminium, known for its low friction characteristics, further contribute to the seamless and smooth operation of the panels.
Invisible Bottom Rail
In perfect coordination with the top rails, the bottom rails play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless movement of our lift and slide system. These bottom rails serve as the housing for the roller mechanism, a critical component that facilitates the effortless gliding of panels. Concealing Gasket

To decline this invitation, strategically placed gaskets line the periphery of the sash. These gaskets ensure that dust, drafts, and noise are effectively controlled.
